Accepted Insurance Plans
We accept most major insurance plans, including Medicare, Medicaid, BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, and UHC. Please check with your insurance company to ensure that our office is in-network with your plan.
If you have an HMO plan, please check to make sure an authorized referral from your primary care physician has been received by the clinic, or you may be responsible for the full cost of your appointment.
New patients are currently being accepted.
Records with either a positive or suspected diagnosis of infection must be received and reviewed by a physician in our practice prior to scheduling your first appointment.
